ANZAC DAY PRESENTATION


this is my ANZAC day slide show I learned a bunch of new words and things like the poppy story, what the order of the rising sun award is ect I am still wondering why girls or ladies cant fight in the war we are no different to boys or men I did it because ANZAC day is coming up and it was my homework I enjoyed how the story were so interesting and that I learned a bunch of new things and words.

    Well done Bella, I really enjoyed working on a few of the activities with you like the story of Jack and Tom and the crossword. Very proud of your work and I think your question about why more women didn't go to War is interesting. I think there were very important jobs to be done here in NZ supporting the young and elderly and doing all the jobs of the those who were away.

    Your retellings of the stories are very thorough! I am glad you learnt something and enjoyed them! The stories involving animals are very sad but yes they really helped the soldiers in lots of ways! Mmm regarding women in the war, well there were lots of women who helped in the war - there was the nurses of course and a lot of the women back home worked in factories and jobs that sent supplies out to the front lines. I wouldn't want to be on the front lines! 😉Fabulous work Bella. Very comprehensive!
